Welcome to Raidzo

What Raidzo is, and the quickest way to get your team going.

Raidzo is a project tool for teams that build things. You plan the work on a board, track dates on a schedule, file a daily report from site, keep an eye on materials, and see every project at a glance on the dashboard.

Your first 10 minutes

  1. 1Create your organization - click Get started, enter your company name and your details, then confirm your email.
  2. 2Create a project - on Projects, click New project. Pick Construction site for site work, or General for anything else.
  3. 3Invite your team - open the project, go to Members, and Invite by email. Pick a role for each person.
  4. 4Add the work - on the Board, click New work item (or press C) and add the first few items with a due date and an assignee.
  5. 5Report from site - if it's a site project, the site engineer files a Daily report each evening.
💡Every project can rename things to suit you. Construction projects call work items Activities, sprints Weekly plans and releases Milestones. This guide uses the default names.
